Debbie Locke, Westbrook High School Now that the dust has settled from the Maine Libraries Conference and we can actually take some time to look around ourselves, I wanted to take a moment to share with the library community members who might not have attended, that this year’s winner of the Walter J. Taranko School Library Media Specialist of the Year award from the Maine Association of School Libraries is Debbie Locke of Westbrook High School.
